ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR MONTICELLO BUSINESS CENTER 5TH
ADDITION AND MONTICELLO BUSINESS CENTER SIXTH ADDITION (AKA.
QUAD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT)
PROJECT NO. 2007-21C
WHEREAS, under Improvement Project No. 2007 -21C, streets, utilities and other appurtenant
work were constructed by the Developer for Monticello Business Center 5th Addition (Plat 211)
and Monticello Business Center Sixth Addition (Plat 221), and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has inspected the work completed under these
projects and finds them to. be in conformance with the approved plans and specifications for the
same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the improvements constructed for Monticello Business Center 5th Addition
and Monticello Business Center Sixth Addition are hereby accepted by the City of Monticello,
and the letter of credit can be released.
