RESOLUTION NO. 2014-098
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR SPIRIT MILLS TOWNIIOMES/
MAPLEWOOD DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT NO. ZSPIRIT
WHEREAS, under Improvement Project No. ZSPIRIT, streets, utilities and other appurtenant
work were constructed by Maplewood Development for Spirit Hills (Plat 152), Spirit Hills
Townhomes (Plat 153), Spirit Hills Townhomes CIC 70 (Plat 161), Spirit Hills Condominium
CIC 137 (Plat 222), and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has inspected the work completed under these
projects and finds them to be in conformance with the approved plans and specifications for the
same;
NO W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED B Y THE CITY CO UNCIL OF MONTICELL O,
MINNESOTA, that the improvements constructed are hereby accepted by the City of Monticello
and a reduction in the letter of credit is approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. Payment of city fees related to inspections and coordination of the public improvements.
2. Provision of a two year warranty bond for the recently completed street work.
