RESOLUTION NO. 2014-100
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE WIRELESS
TELECOMMUNICATIONS MONOPOLE,
CITY PROJECT NO. ZTOWER
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the Wireless Telecommunications Monopole, City
Project No. ZTOWER and awarded a contract to Structural Tower Services for construction of
said tower; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted the project and approved final payment to Structural
Tower Services in the amount of $118,933.00;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA: that a transfer of $200,000 from the General Fund to the Capital Projects Fund is
hereby approved.
ADOPTED BY the Monticello City Council this 13th day of October, 2014.
