RESOLUTION NO. 2014-105
AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF HEAD -IN PARKING ON A SECTION OF CEDAR STREET
BETWEEN BROADWAY EAST AND RIVER STREET EAST
WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City of Monticello shall consider the develop ment of head -in
parking on a section of Cedar Street lying between Broadway East and River Street East and
other necessary appurtenant work, and to assess the benefitting properties for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 4^'a.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTTCELLO,
MINNESOTA: That the proposed feasibility study be referred t ; WSB & Assowiates, and that
they are instructed to report back to the Council with all convenient gpxe6 advising the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement i's oecessary, cost- effective, and
feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or ' onnecti(Eln with some other
improvement; and the estimated cost of the improvnt�ecommended.
