A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MONTICELLO CITY CODE, TITLE 2,
CHAPTER I — PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on January 26th, 2015, Ordinance No. 607 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of
Ordinance No. 607, the following Summary Ordinance No. 607A has been prepared for
publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council deletes the current code and replaces it in its
entirety with sections as listed. The general purpose of the ordinance amendment is to update
language in the code that establishes and defines the Planning Commission.
