A SUMMARY ORDINANCE FOR PUBLICATION OF THE INTERIM ORDINANCE
FOR TEMPORARY SIGNAGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on January 26th, 2015, Interim Ordinance No. 609
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature
of Interim Ordinance No. 609, the following Summary Ordinance No. 609A has been prepared
for publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council identifies provisions for temporary signage on an
interim basis.
A printed copy of the entire interim ordinance is available for inspection by any person
during the City's regular office hours. The complete ordinance will be posted on the City's
website following publication.
