A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE MONTICELLO CITY
CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 2.4(P) — PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on April 28, 2014, Ordinance No. 592 was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of
Ordinance No. 592, the following Summary Ordinance No. 592A has been prepared for
publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends Title 10 of the Monticello City Code. The
general purpose of the ordinance amendment is to establish the Swan River PUD District by
adding the following section and to rezone the affected parcels as noted.
Section 2.4(P)(13): Swan River PUD District
Rezone the following parcels from CCD and R-3, respectively, to Swan River PUD
District:
Parcel 1: Lots 8, 9, and 10. Block 11, except the southwesterly 45 feet, in the
Original Town, City of Monticello, Wright County, Minnesota.
Parcel 2: Lots 6 and 7, Block 10 of the Original Town, City of Monticello, Wright
County, Minnesota.
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during
the City's regular office hours. The complete ordinance will be posted on the City's website
following publication.
