A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, SECTION 2.4 (P) OF THE
MONTICELLO ZONING CODE RELATING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on May 27, 2014, Ordinance No. 596 was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of
Ordinance No. 596, the following Summary Ordinance No. 596A has been prepared for
publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends Title 10, Section 2.4 (P) of the Monticello
Zoning Code. The general purpose of the ordinance amendment is to update Specific Review
Procedures and Requirements related to Planned Unit Developments (PUD) with changes in the
following sections:
