AN ORDINANCE REZONING FROM B-4 (REGIONAL BUSINESS) TO R-4 (MEDIUM-
HIGH DENSITY RESIDENCE) FOR OUTLOT A, MONTICELLO COMMERCE
CENTER SEVENTH ADDITION (TO BE PLATTED AS LOT 1, BLOCK 1,
MONTICELLO COMMERCE CENTER EIGHTH ADDITION) AND AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELL0 HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The following lot is hereby amended to rezone from B-4 (Regional Business) to
R-4 (Medium -High Density Residence):
Outlot A, Monticello Commerce Center Seventh Addition
To be platted as: Lot 1, Block 1, Monticello Commerce Center Eighth
Addition.
Section 2. The Official Zoning map under Title 10, Section 3.1 of the Monticello Zoning
Code shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and
publication. Revisions will be made online after adoption by Council. Copies of
the complete Zoning Code are available online and at Monticello City Hall.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION BY the Monticello City Council this 25th
day of August, 2014.
