A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MONTICELLO CITY CODE IN THE
FOLLOWING SECTIONS:
TITLE 7, CHAPTER 10 — ILLICIT DISCHARGE, DETECTION, AND ELIMINATION
TITLE 10 - MONTICELLO ZONING CODE, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 2.4(M)
TITLE 10 - MONTICELLO ZONING CODE, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 4.10
TITLE 11, CHAPTER 5 — SUBDIVISION: DESIGN STANDARDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on December 8th, 2014, Ordinance No. 606 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of
Ordinance No. 606, the following Summary Ordinance No. 606A has been prepared for
publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends the following sections of the Monticello
City Code and the Monticello Zoning Code (Title 10). The general purpose of the ordinance
amendment is to update language in the code to comply with municipal separate storm sewer
system (MS4) regulations and requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination
System (NPDES) permit process.
