A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MONTICELLO CITY CODE
RELATING TO HOURS WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES AT
ON -SALE LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENTS
NOTICEIS HEREBY GIVEN that, on March 11, 2013, Ordinance No. 575 was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of
Ordinance No. 575, the following Summary Ordinance No. 575A has been prepared for
publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends the following sections of the Monticello
City Code. The general purpose of the ordinance amendment is to update hours when customers
are allowed on premises at on -sale liquor establishments in the City of Monticello. Note: This
does not change hours and days of sales of alcoholic beverages.

City's regular office hours. The complete ordinance will be posted on the City's website
