CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 4.13(E) - WIRELESS
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE ANTENNAE AND ANTENNA SUPPORT
STRUCTURES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat, on September 9, 2013, Ordinance No. 582 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of
Ordinance No. 582, the following Summary Ordinance No. 582A has been prepared for
publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends Title 10 of the Monticello City Code. The
general purpose of the ordinance amendment is to further define support structures for personal
wireless service antenna as an accessory use by Conditional Use Permit with changes in the
following sections:
4.13(E)(2): Wireless Telecommunications Service Antennae Support Structures
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during
the City's regular office hours. The complete ordinance will be posted on the City's website
following publication.
