AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2012 FEE SCHEDULE
TITLE 20 OF THE MONTICELLO CITY CODE
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota:
Section 1. The Fee Schedule category, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT —
PLANNING /ZONING, of the Monticello City Code shall be amended as follows:
Escrow Chart — Land Use Application Plan Review
Section 2.
Commercial
Residential
0 -3 acres
$2,000
1 unit
$500 (single family)
4 -10 acres
$6,000
2+ units
$1000 base +$100 per unit
11+ acres
$10,000
The Fee Schedule category, LICENSES /PERMITS, of the Monticello City Code
shall be amended by adding the following:
Utility Excavation Permit Fee (water, wastewater, stormwater) - $50
(Bonding and Insurance required)
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage
and publication. The ordinance in its entirety shall be posted on the City website
after publication. Copies of the complete Ordinance are available online and at
Monticello City Hall for examination upon request.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION BY the City Council of the City of
Monticello, Minnesota, this 27th day of February, 2012.
