WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE 2012 FEE SCHEDULE
WITH AMENDED RIGHT -OF -WAY PERMIT FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Fee Schedule category, ENGINEERING, of the Monticello City Code, Title
20 shall be amended as follows:
Right -of -Way Permits:
Right -of -Way Permit Extension Fee: &20 $17.50
Pavement Hole Fee: $50
Obstruction Fee: $40
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage
and publication. The ordinance in its entirety shall be posted on the City website
after publication. Copies of the complete Ordinance are available online and at
Monticello City Hall for examination upon request.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION by the City Council of the City of
Monticello, Minnesota, this 26th day of March, 2012.
