A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, SECTION 3.5 (G) OF THE
MONTICELLO ZONING CODE RELATING TO CENTRAL COMMUNITY DISTRICT
(CCD) USES AND RELATED AMENDMENTS TO OTHER SECTIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on August 13, 2012, Ordinance No. 562 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of
Ordinance No. 562, the following Summary Ordinance No. 562A has been prepared for
publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends Title 10, Section 5.3 (G) of the Monticello
Zoning Code. The general purpose of the ordinance amendment is to update regulations
associated with Central Community District (CCD) uses with changes in the following sections:
