AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1 OF OAKWOOD
INDUSTRIAL PARK FROM I-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO B-2 (LIMITED BUSINESS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS.-
Section
RDAINS.
Section 1. The following lots are hereby amended to rezone from I-1 (light industrial) to
B-2 (limited business):
Lot 1, Block 1, Oakwood Industrial Park
Lot 2, Block 2, Oakwood Industrial Park
Section 2. The Official Zoning map under Title 10, Section 3.1 of the Zoning Ordinance
shall be amended accordingly by adoption of Ordinance #532 to be approved
by the Monticello City Council on June 27, 2011.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
passage and publication. Revisions will be made online after adoption by
Council. Copies of the complete Zoning Ordinance are available online and
at Monticello City Hall.
ADOPTED BY the Monticello City Council this 27th day of June, 2011.
