City Council Ordinance 540SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 540A CITY OF MONTICELLO WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA A SUMMARY ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2012 FEE SCHEDULE TITLE 20 OF THE MONTICELLO CITY ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on December 12, 2011, Ordinance No. 540 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 540, the following Summary Ordinance No. 540A has been prepared for publication as authorized by state law. The ordinance adopted by the Council establishes the 2012 Fee Schedule for the City of Monticello, also known as Title 20 of the Monticello City Ordinance. The general purpose of the ordinance is to adopt fees for services provided by the City of Monticello with changes in the following sections: Cemetery Community Center Community Development — Building Community Development — Planning/Zoning Engineering Licenses/Permits Miscellaneous Items Public Works Sanitary Sewer Waste Items Water A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City's regular office hours.
