RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A ONE DAYCHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREEAIS Ducks Unlimited Chapter #256 has submitted an application to the City Council of
Monticello for a one -day charitable gambling license to a raffle at River City Extreme at 3875 School
Boulevard;
WE'ERA4S, the Council is not opposed to the gambling license being issued by the State Gambling
Control Board,
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED DY THE CITY COUNCH, that the application. by Duck
Unlimited Chapter #256 for a one -day charitable gambling license for October 9, 2008 to conduct
charitable gambling activities at River City Extreme located at 3875 School Boulevard is hereby
approved and the State Gambling Control Board is authorized to process the application.
