CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FATAL PLAT
UNION CROSSINGS THIRD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 6, 2008 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Union Crossings Third Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
Preliminary plat of the Union Crossings Third Addition to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL PED BY THE C= COUNCIL OF MONTICELL0,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Union Crossings Third Addition is hereby approved contingent
upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 25th day of February, 2008.
