RESOLUTION APROVINO FINAL PLAT
RIVERVIEW SQUARE SECOND AIDIDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on September 8, 2008 considered the final plat of Riverview
Square Second Addition and recommends approval of the same;
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, that the final plat for the Riverview Square Second Addition is
hereby approved contingent upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 22"d day of September, 2008.
