ACCEPTING I1AFROVEMENT
DEMOLITION AND ABATEMENT CONTRACT
MONTE CLUB SITE
CITY PROJECT NO.2007 -02C&A
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Monticello on December 11,
200$ Veit and Company of Rogers, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the demolition and
hazardous material abatement to the Monte Club site in accordance with such contract.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OFMONTICELLO. That the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted subject to:
1. Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax,
2. F_.vidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reasons of the
contract have been fiflly paid or satisfactorily secured.
