RESOLUTION 2007 -03
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
XCEL BALLF'IELD FENCING PROJECT NO. 2006-19C
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract approved by the City of Monticello on August 14, 2006,
Oberg Fence Company of Deerwood, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements to the
Xcel Ballfields for fencing work in accordance with such contract; and
WHEREAS, a change order deducting $1,150 from the contract has been negotiated,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, That Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $1,150 is approved and that the work
completed under said contract is hereby accepted subject to:
•S Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes
290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
4 Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reason of the
contract have been full paid or satisfactorily secured.
