RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, VFW Post 8731 has submitted an application to the City Council of Monticello for
renewal of a charitable gambling license to conduct gambling activities at the VFW Club located at 713
Cedar Street;
WHEREAS, the Council is not opposed to the gambling license being issued by the State Gambling
Control Board.
NOW THEREFOR', BE IT RESOD, VED BY THE C17T COTEWCH, that the application by the
VFW Post 8731 for renewal of a charitable gambling license to conduct gambling activities at 713
Cedar Street is hereby approved and the State Gambling Control Board is authorized to process the
application..
Adopted by the City Council this 9th day of July, 2007.
