ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
TOWER DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO.2007 -OSC
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted May 29, 2007, the Council authorized the
preparation of a feasibility report for the proposed improvement of the southerly 492 feet of Tower
Drive by the construction of bituminous surfacing with curb and gutter and storm sewer, retaining
wall construction, sidewalk and other appurtenant work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB YRESOLVED B THE COUNCdE OF THE CITY OF
MONTICEI.LO, MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost - effective and feasible as detailed in the feasibility
report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted June
25, 2007.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The
engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 25h day of June, 2007.
