VACATING DRAINAGE, UTILITY ACCESS EASEMENTS
FOR MONTICELLO HOSPITAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of drainage, utility and access easements over and across
the following described property was held on May 29, 2007 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall:
Parcel #1:
A utility /access easement over, under, and through Lot 9, Block 24 of LOWER MONTICELLO,
Wright County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 9; thence on an assumed bearing of North 58
degrees 20 minutes 17 seconds West, along the southwesterly line of said Lot 9, a distance of 35.00
feet; thence North 32 degrees 03 minutes 35 seconds East, parallel to the southeasterly line of said Lot
9, a distance of 8.00 feet; thence deflect 45 degrees to the right a distance of 50 feet, more or less, to
the southeasterly line of said Lot 9; thence South 32 degrees 03 minutes 35 seconds West, along said
southeasterly line a distance of 43 feet to the point of beginning and there terminating.
Parcel #2:
A utility /access easement over, under, and through the southeasterly 35.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1,
MONTICELLO BIG LADE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL DISTRICT CAMPUS, Wright County,
Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot 1; thence South 32 degrees U3 minutes 35 seconds
West, along the southeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 166.72 feet to the most southerly corner
of said Lot 1; thence North 58 degrees 20 minutes 49 seconds West, along the southwesterly line of
said Lot 1, a distance of 35.00 feet; thence forth 32 degrees 03 minutes 35 seconds East, parallel to the
southeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 166.73 feet to the northeasterly line of said Lot 1; thence
South 58 degrees 20 minutes 17 seconds East, along said northeasterly lot line, a distance of 35.00 feet
to the point of beginning and there terminating.
A utility /access easement over, under, and through Lot 1, Block 2, MO 710ELL0 BIG LAKE
COMMUNITY HOSPITAL DISTRICT CAMPUS, Wright County, Minnesota, being a strip of land
35 feet in width lying adjacent to and southeasterly of the northwesterly line of said Lot 1, being also
the southeasterly line of Lot 9, Block 24 of the plat of LOWER MONTICELLO, said northwesterly
line described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 1, being also the most southerly corner of said Lot 9,
Block 24, LOWER MONTICELLO; thence North 32 degrees 03 minutes 35 seconds East, along said
northwesterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 166.72 feet to the southwesterly line of East River Street
and there terminating.
The side line is extended or shortened to terminate on the southwesterly line of East River Street and
on the southwesterly line of said Lot 1.
Parcel #3:
The drainage and utility easements as recorded and dedicated on the plat of MONTICELLO BIG
LAKE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL DISTRICT CAMPUS, Wright County, Minnesota.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL YED BY THE CITY CO UNCLE OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that the above described drainage, utility and access easements are
vacated contingent upon needed replacement easements being contained in the plat of Monticello Big
Lake Community Hospital District Campus Second Addition.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 29a' day of May, 2007.
