WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for storm sewer and ponding improvements including the
expansion of existing storm water ponds at the Monticello Middle School and A Glorious Church and all other
necessary appurtenant work, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following

WHEREAS, it appears that Motzko Companies LLC of Delano, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOR' THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBPRESOLVED BP THE CnT COUN. CIL O,FMONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Motzko Companies LLC of Delano, Minnesota for storm sewer and pornding
improvements including the expansion of existing storm water ponds at the Monticello Middle School
and A Glorious Church, and all other necessary appurtenant according to the plans and specifications
therefor approved by the City Council acid on file at the city offices.
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of May, 2407.
