RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, American Legion Club #260 has submitted an application to the City Council of
Monticello for renewal of a charitable gambling license to conduct gambling activities at the American
Legion Club located at 304 Elm Street;
WHEREAS, the Council is not opposed to the gambling license being issued by the State Gambling
Control Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED R TJVF__ CITI' COUNCIL that the application by the
American Legion Club #260 for renewal of a charitable gambling license to conduct gambling activities
at 304 Elm Street is hereby approved and the State Gambling Control Board is authorized to process
the application..
Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of May, 2007.
