REQUESTING MN/DOT TO CONDUCT A SPEED STUDY
ON FENNING AVENUE FROM SCHOOL BOULEVARD TO 85th STREET
WHEREAS, this resolution was made this a day of October 2007 by the City of Monticello in
Wright County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall herein after be called the "City."
WHEREAS, the traffic and pedestrian characteristics of Fenning Avenue have changed and traffic
volumes and pedestrian traffic have continued to increase,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RMOL VED, That the "City" is requesting the State of
Minnesota (Mn/DOT) to conduct a speed study on Fenning Avenue from School Boulevard to 85th
Street.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 8h day of October, 2007.
