RESOLUTION APROVING FINAL PLAT
MONTICELLO BUSINESS CENTER 5' ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public heating on August 7, 2007 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of Monticello Business Center P and 6" Additions;
WHEREAS, after taking public comment the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of Monticello Business Center P and 6`h Addition;
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MIAWESOTAi, that the final plat and development agreement foa Monticello
Business Center 5h Addition is hereby approved contingent upon meeting all conditions Of the
subdivision ordinance and subject to correction of plat signature information.
