RESOLUTION NO. 2007-76
RESOLUTION "ROVING FINAL PLAT
FIRST MINNESOTA BANK COMMERCIAL
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 7, 2007 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of First Minnesota Bank Commercial;
WHEREAS, after taking public comment the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of First Minnesota Bank Commercial;
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, that the final plat for First Minnesota Bank Commercial is hereby
approved contingent upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance and the following
conditions: 1) Compliance with any and all comments from MnDOT regarding the plat; and 2)
Revision of easements to comply with City ordinance.
