ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FALLON AVENUE PATHWAY IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 2007-12C
1WHERHIS, a resolution of the City Council adopted July 23, 2007, the Council authod -zed the
preparation of a feasibility report for the construction of an off-road pathway along the west side
of Fallon Avenue from Farmstead Drive to School Boulevard other appurtenant work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRE'SOLVED BI' THE COUNCIE OF 7HE CIYY OF
MONTICELLO, AINWESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost - effective and feasible as detailed in the feasibility
report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted August
27, 2007.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The
engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 276 day of August, 2007.
