RESOLUTION NO. 2007-61
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A TEMPORARY GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Church of St. Henry's has submitted an application to the City Council of Monticello
for a temporary charitable gambling license to conduct gambling activities at 1001 East Th Street; and
WHEREAS, the Council is not opposed to the gambling license being issued by the State Gambling
Control Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLWCIL that the application by the
Church of St. Henry for a temporary charitable gambling license to conduct gambling activities at 1001
East 7th Street is hereby approved and the State Gambling Control Board is authorized to process the
application..
Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of August, 2007.
