ACCEPTING WORK
GROVELAND PARK PARKING LOT
CITY PROJECT NO. 2006-27C
FYHFRF-9S, pursuant to a written contract with the City of Monticello awarded to Rum River
Contracting of Princeton, Minnesota the contractor has satisfactorily completed improvements for
parking lot improvements to the parking lot at Groveland Park in accordance with such contract,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINESOTA that
the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved and that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 13d day of November, 2007.
