RESOLUTION NO, 2007 -93:
ACCEPTING WORK
FOURTH STREET PART{ PARKING LOT
CITY PROJECT NO. 2007-14C
WHEREAS, purswant to a written contract with the City of Monticello awarded to Hardrives, Inc. of
Rogers, Minnesota the contractor has satisfactorily completed improvements for parking lot
improvements to the parking lot at Fourth Street Park in accordance with such contract,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL FED BY THE CdTY OF MONTICEI,LO, M17vESOTA that
the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved and that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract pending
receipt of required lien waivers and withholding certificates as required by Minnesota statutes:
