ACCEPTING WORK
REPAINTING 800,000 MG WATER TANK MONTE CLUB HILL
CITY PROJECT NO. 2007-05C
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract with the City of Monticello awarded to Odland Protective
Coatings of Rockford, Minnesota the contractor has satisfactorily completed improvements for the
repainting of the 800,000 gallon water tank on Monte Club Hill in accordance with such contract,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BE THE C177 OF M011 TI CELL 0,Md1YESOTA that
the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved and that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract pending
receipt of required lien waivers and withholding certificates.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 1P day of November, 2007.
