RESOLUTION NO. 2006-8
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS SUNSET PONDS SANITARY SEWER LIFT STA'T'ION
CITY PROJECT NO. 2003-14C
WHEREAS, under Improvement Project No. 2003 -14C, the City constructed a sanitary sewer lift
station and other appurtenant work to serve the Sunset Ponds development; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work completed under this project and finds it to be
in conformance with the approved plans and specifications for the same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL VED B THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OFMONTICELLO, that the improvements constructed under Improvement Project No. 2003 -14C
are hereby accepted by the City of Monticello contingent upon the contractor submitting the
following:
*Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
* Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reasons of the
contract have been full paid or satisfactorily secured.
* Consent of Surety to Final Payment certification from the contractor's surety.
* Two year maintenance bond
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 13' day of February, 2006.
