RESOLUTION NO. 2006-15
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
OUnOT B, OTTER CREEK CROSHNG IsT ADDITION
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a drainage and utility easement over the following
described property was held on March 27, 2006 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall; and
That part of the existing 65.00 foot platted drainage and utility easement over that part of Outlot B, OTTER
CREEK CROSSING 1 ST ADDITION, according to said plat on file and of record in the office of the
County Recorder, Wright County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly comer
of said Outlot B, thence South 56 degrees 17 minutes 33 seconds West, assumed bearing along a
northwesterly line of said Outlot B, 136.34 feet, to a northerly corner of said Outlot B; thence South 85
degrees 45 minutes 24 seconds West, along a northerly line of said Outlot B, 50.24 feet; thence South 00
degrees 06 minutes 16 seconds West, 65.19 feet, to the southerly line of said existing 65.00 foot platted
drainage and utility easement; thence North 85 degrees 45 minutes 24 seconds East, along said southerly
line of the existing 65.00 foot platted drainage and utility easement, 72.27 feet, to a southerly corner of said
existing 65.00 foot platted drainage and utility easement; thence North 56 degrees 17 minutes 33 seconds
East, along the southeasterly line of said existing 65.00 foot platted drainage and utility easement, 153.43
feet, to the northeasterly line of said Outlot B; thence Northwesterly, along said northeasterly line of said
Outlot B, 65.08 feet, to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELL0,
MIAWESOTA: that all of the drainage and utility easement over Outlot B in the plat of Otter Creek
Crossing l' Addition as described above are hereby vacated.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 27h day of March, 2006.
