CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
PRAIRIE PONDS 3" ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 1, 2005 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Prairie Ponds Development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Prairie Ponds Development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COLWCLL OF MONTICELL0,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Prairie Ponds 3rd Addition is hereby approved contingent
upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance and approval of a development
agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 10th day of April, 2006.
