CITY OF MONTICIELLO
RIESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
OTTER CREEK CROSSING 2m ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 1, 2004 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Otter Creek Crossing Development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Otter Creek Crossing Development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELL0,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Otter Creek Crossing 2nd Addition is hereby approved
contingent upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance and approval of a
development agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 27th day of March, 2006.
