CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
CARLISLE VILLAGE FIFTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 1, 2003 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Carlisle Village Development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Carlisle Village Development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VM RI' THE C= CO UNCLE OF MO CELLO,
MEWESOTA, dmt the final plat for Carlisle Village Fift Addition is hereby approved
contingent upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance and execution of a
development agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 26th day of June, 2006.
