RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
HIDDEN FOREST PHASE I
WHETS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 7, 2005 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Hidden Forest Development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Hidden Forest Development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BF THE CITY COUNCIL OFMONTICELLO,
A09iESOTA, that the final plat for Hidden Forest P bme I is hereby approved contingent upon
meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance and execution of a development agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 12th day of June, 2005.
