RESOLUTI'IONAUTHORIZING FEASIBILITY REPORT
PROJECT NO, 2006 -015C
DALTON AVENUE EXTENSION
WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend Balton Avenue (formerly School Boulevard) and the westerly
road adjacent to the proposed AVR site, grading of the Otter Creek Industrial Park and other
appurtenant work and to assess the benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost - effective and feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
