CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
PINE VIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 6, 2005 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Pine View development, and
WHEREAS, after taldng public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of Pine View to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF. ,9ATfCE. OS
MEVAWSOTA, that the final plat for Pine View is hereby approved contingent upon meeting all
conditions of the subdivision ordinanm; and contingent upon a development agreement be
signed.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 22nd day of May, 2006.
