CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
WARNERT RETAIL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 7, 2006 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Warnert Retail Development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Warnert Retail Development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BETrRESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFMONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Warnert Retail Development is hereby approved contingent
upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance., execition of a development agreement
and vacation of existing easements for the lots being replatted.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 24th day of April, 2006.
