RESOLUTION NO. 2006-55
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
JEFFERSON COMMONS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a public hearing ors. the vacation of a drainage and utility easement over and across the
property described below was held on July 10, 2006 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall:
A strip of land 6.00 feet in width over that part of Lot 1 Block 2, Jefferson Commons according to the
recorded plat thereof Wright County, Minnesota, the northwesterly line of said strip of land is
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Outlot G in said plat:; thence North 27 degrees 24 minutes 12
seconds East, assumed bearing along the northwesterly line of said Lot 1, 166.55 feet to the northwest
corner of said Lot 1 and said line there terminating. Said strip of land is to extend by its full width
from the southeasterly extension of the northeasterly line of said Outlot G, to the northwesterly line of
said Lot 1. '
NO 1W THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBYRESOLYEA BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO
MINNESOTA that the drainage and utility easement described above is hereby vacated.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 10' day of July, 2006.
