CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
JEFFERSON COMMONS 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 6, 2004 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Jefferson Commons development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of Jefferson Commons to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TSE CITY COUNCIL OF MONT ICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Jefferson Commons 3`d Addition is hereby approved
contingent upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 14th day of August, 2006.
