ACCENTING IMPROVEMENTS AREA 2 CORE STREET RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 2004-06C
WHEREAS, under Improvement Project No. 2004-06C, needed and other app�urtet work, and
including utility repair and curb and gutter repair w
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer for the project has inspected the work completed under this
project and finds it to be in conformance with the approved plans and specifications for the same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T.HE CITY
OFMONTICELLO, that the improvements constructed under Improvement Project No. 2004 -06C
are hereby accepted by the City of Monticello contingent upon the contractor submitting the
following:
*Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
* Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reasons of the
contract have been full paid or satisfactorily secured.
* Consent of Surety to Final Payment certification ftm the contractor's surety
* Two year maintenance bond
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 141 day of August, 2006.
