RESOLUTION NO. 2006-64
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS PRAIRIE PONDS ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 2004-14P
WHEREAS, under Improvement Project No. 2004 -14P, streets, utilities and other appurtenant work
was constructed in the Prairie Ponds Development, and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer for the project has inspected the work completed under this
project and finds it to be in conformance with the approved plans and specifications for the same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL VM BY THE CITY COUIVCIL OF THE CITY
OFMONTICELLO, fhat the impmvements constructed under h- uprovement F roject No. 2004 -14P
are hereby accepted by the City of Monticello contingent upon the contractor submitting the
following:
*Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
* Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reasons of the
contract have been full paid or satisfactorily secured.
* Consent of Surety to Final Payment certification from the contractor's surety.
* Two year maintenance bond
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 141' day of August, 2006.
