RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
MONTICELLO BUSINESS CENTER (OTTER CREEK CROSSING PLAT)
CITY PROJECT NO. 2006-18C
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the grading of a portion of the Otter Creek industrial
Park to finther develop the industrial park and to accommodate the development of the AVR site, and all other
necessary appurtenant work, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that P-L. Larson Excavating of St. Cloud= Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL YED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICEUO,
AHNNESOTA:
1. The Mayon and City Administrator we h€mby authorized and directed to enter the attache of the
contract with R.L. Larson Excavating, Inc. of St. Cloud, Minnesota for the grading of a porn
Otter Creek Industrial Park to finther develop the industrial park and to accommodate the
development of the AVR site, and all other necessary appurtenant according to the plans and
specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on Me at the city offic"--•s.
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
