RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, Ducks Unlimited has submitted an application to the City Council of Monticello
for a temporary charitable gambling license to conduct charitable gambling activities at 101
Chelsea Road on October 10, 2006
WHEREAS, the Council is not opposed to the gambling license being issued by the State
Gambling Control Board.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUIV IL that the application by
Ducks U-mli sited for a ter.Vora y charitable gambling license to conduct charitable gambling
activities at 101 Chelsea Road on October 10, 2006 is hereby approved and the State Gambling
Control Board is authorized to process the application..
Adopted by the City Council this 28' day of August, 2006.
